Baking with Purpose
I, like everyone else I know, used to associate the words "Gluten Free"
with bland, dense, and not worth it. When my then 3 year old was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, the memories of my sister's struggle with finding anything her taste buds could tolerate came flooding back. These days, there are a lot of products in the market that claim GF but not much that really fulfills that fresh baked goodness that delights the palette. I have spent the last 5 years learning to bake delectable goodies that specifically, do not taste gluten free. Give us a try and let me know if I've hit the mark!
