My passion for baking began as a child, scouring the kitchen for ingredients that might add up to something delicious. I remember baking lemon cookies with jarred jelly filling. I baked my father's family recipe for chocolate chip cookies that he devoured by the dozen and made fudge from scratch each holiday from my mother's favorite recipe, which I still use today. I've been baking for as long as I can remember and was still seriously challenged when beginning my gluten free baking journey.
